With the commitment to spread awareness about anti-doping at its heart, the second edition of the European Athletics Anti-Doping Education Programme will be organised on the sidelines of the European Athletics U23 Championships and European Athletics Junior Championships.
The two championships will be held from July 16-19 and July 23-26 in Kaunas, Lithuania, and Novi Sad, Serbia respectively.
The activities will include a 10-minute online quiz, access to an educational tool to learn more about anti-doping and an invaluable opportunity to interact with famous athletes like Olympic High Jump champion Stefan Holms and Italian champion hurdler Laurent Ottoz, who are both members of European Athletics Athletes Commission.
And the best part is the chance to get into a lottery where at least six athletes can win event passes for the European Athletics Championships in Barcelona, Spain, to be held from 26 July – August 1.
Every winner will get two passes and they will be valid for the entire duration of the Championships.
The draw for the lottery will be conducted at the final banquet of the two championships.
The Anti-Doping Education Programme activities are aimed to help athletes gain better understanding of doping-related issues and their own responsibilities.
