Members can select a library that suits their needs and then drag and drop workouts into their interactive online TrainingPeaks calendar to build out an individualized workout schedule that fits their busy, active lifestyles and prepares them for the event of their choice.
In addition to receiving a customized library of workouts bundled with a TrainingPeaks Premium subscription account, Running Times members will be able to map routes, track shoes, record nutrition, monitor weight, sleep and stress, and upload heart rate, GPS and pace data.
