Holiday Run for Treats

On December 11, join us in Prospect Park for a fun winter run! Register for the NYRR Jingle Bell Jog, which benefits kids in our youth programs, and you’ll receive a technical shirt and post-race snacks.

But that’s not all—sign up for this 4-miler by 12/3 to get a $10 gift certificate to the NYRR store.

Marathon Season Continues

Don’t miss your chance to run the ING New York City Marathon 2011—apply now and let the prospect of running 26.2 miles next November jump-start your winter training.

Lottery applications will be accepted until April 19, 2011.

Volunteer Opportunities

Don’t wait any longer to earn your +1 credit, if you’re shooting for the 9+1 guaranteed entry for the ING New York City Marathon 2011. Sign up to volunteer for November and December races now. Volunteer spaces are filling up fast, and you must meet the December 31 deadline.

Kids’ Shoe Drive

Make a child smile by participating in our holiday shoe drive. Donate new sneakers or purchase a gift card to a local sporting goods store for a kid in NYC who needs your help.

E-mail us by November 22, and the children in our youth programs will thank you!

New Year’s Eve Run

Don’t worry about what to do on New Year’s Eve—meet us for the fireworks, festivities, and fun in Central Park on December 31! The Emerald Nuts Midnight Run is a casual 4-mile fun run, but it’s so much more—it’s a costume parade, a qualifier, a place to be seen, and an all-night party.

The music and dancing begin at 10:00 p.m., and the run starts at the stroke of midnight.
