Fellow Australian Madison de Rozario finished fourth in the women's wheelchair race, setting a huge personal best time of 1:39.22.
In the elite runners category, Australia's Commonwealth Games gold medallist Michael Shelley finished 10th in a time of 2:12.52.
Australia’s top ten finishes continued with Lisa Weightman sixth in the women’s event.
The three-time Olympian and Commonwealth Games bronze medallist crossed the line in 2:28.45 to back up her result of 5th earlier this year at the London major.
