INDIANAPOLIS — Coaches Ralph Lindeman and Megan Watson will lead Team USATF at the IAAF World Indoor Championships, set for March 1-4 in Birmingham, U.K.

Ralph Lindeman, Men's Head Coach: Ralph Lindeman is in his 29th season as head coach of the Air Force Academy track and field team. He was previously the jumps, pole vault and decathlon coach for Team USATF at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, and more recently an assistant men's coach for Team USATF at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka, Japan. Lindeman also served as the Coaches Advisory Committee Chair from 2011-14 on the Coaching Education Committee, and as President of USTFCCCA's Division I Coaches Association from 2001-2003.

Megan Watson, Women's Head Coach: Megan Watson M. Ed, receives her seventh national coaching appointment having most recently served as Team USATF's assistant coach at the 2017 IAAF World Championships, leading the distance squad in London. Watson was head coach for Team USATF at the 2015 Senior NACAC Track & Field Championships in Costa Rica and served as assistant coach at the 2014 IAAF World Indoor Championships in Poland.

She is the head women's cross country coach at Spring Branch ISD in Houston, Texas. Since 2012, Watson has been a member of the USATF Women's Executive Committee and Women's Juniors Co-Chairman.
