TCS Amsterdam Marathon 2015 – Run for bib numbers!

The number of entries is limited

We have decided to limit the number of entries. As well as ensuring safety, this will prevent overcrowding on the course and help to maintain the high quality of the marathon.

Places are limited as follows:
– TCS Amsterdam Marathon: 16,500
– Mizuno Half Marathon: 18,500
– TCS 8K: 7,000

2015 TCS Amsterdam Marathon running shirt!

Mizuno designed two reflective shirts for the 2015 TCS Amsterdam Marathon! A bold dark orange was selected for the men and the women will look lovely in a beautiful purple fitted shirt. All marathon runners will receive their shirt with their registration. You can also order the shirt separately for € 22.50.

VUmc CCA purchased a microscope!

The VUmc Cancer Center Amsterdam was able to purchase the super resolution microscope thanks in part to the donation from all runners in 2014. The VUmc's Leica microscope is the first pure optical nanoscope in the Benelux. Researchers can use this device to obtain a three-dimensional look at what is happening inside a living cell. Thanks to the amount of almost 300,000 Euro which was raised by the 2014 TCS Amsterdam Marathon participants, the microscope could be purchased sooner than thought. This year the VUmc CCA will be our charitable choice once again.
