Polar launches the new RS300X training computer for running enthusiasts – now with GPS compatibility

Kempele, Finland –  Polar, market leader and pioneer in heart rate training technology, continues the success story of Polar RS200, introducing GPS compatibility to create the perfect solution for running enthusiasts, the RS300X.

The new RS300X allows users to combine speed and distance as well as heart rate, giving them the information needed to truly make sense of their training. With the G1 GPS sensor, providing speed, pace and distance information, the RS300X is the perfect solution for dedicated runners preparing for an event, and for people enjoying outdoor sports, such as running, cycling, mountain biking, and Nordic skiing.

RS300X is also compatible with S1 foot pod™ and FlowLink™. S1 foot pod™ attaches to the shoe laces and accurately measures running speed, pace, and distance, while the optional FlowLink™ makes it easy for the user to transfer data from the training computer to polarpersonaltrainer.com. In this online training diary it’s possible to interact with other runners and sports enthusiasts, analyze training results with versatile graphs, get online training guidance, and store training and test data enabling the user to follow their long-term progress.

The good-looking and easy-to-use RS300X comes in two color options, black and orange, and with new, appealing design that fulfills the requirements of any dedicated runner and fitness enthusiast. Combined with pioneering Polar technology, RS300X is the perfect running partner.
