Hi there – How did this happen? Just the other day we were planning our entries opening dates and now you're already thinking about tapering!
We hope your training has been going as planned and that your nutrition is on point for a hassle-free Race Day in a few weeks' time.
IF YOU HAVEN'T YET UPDATED YOUR DETAILS: If you have already updated all your personal, club and qualifier details – thank you! If you haven't, don't forget that tomorrow, 23 February 2016, is YOUR LAST CHANCE to finalise your substitution entry, or to update your running club or Ultra qualifier information. Don't be left disappointed; update your details or you may lose your entry!
To help you capture your last-minute details before the 23 February deadline, our Race Office will be open until 19h00 on Monday, 22 February. Please call us on 0861 262326 or 021 799 3040 if you need any assistance.

DID YOUR MEDICAL DETAILS CHANGE? OMTOM participants are required to complete a medical questionnaire upon entering, allowing our medical team to identify any runners at risk and privately communicating with them regarding the most appropriate medical action plan. The reality is that medical conditions and physical fitness change over time. If any aspect of your health has changed, if you have been diagnosed with a new condition, if you've changed medication or recently been ill, please update your online medical profile again.
