Brighton, in its 4th year in 2013, has created another running boom in England. The course follows the picturesque Brighton shoreline, with an estimated 100,000+ people cheering you on. Brighton has a lot to offer runners – fabulous location on the south coast, excellent restaurants, bars and shopping precincts and an organisation that is second to none. This is a brilliant marathon and we've still got limited entries. But be quick! |
AIMS World Athlete of the Year Award
Ethiopian Tiki Gelana may have been flying under the radar leading into the London Olympic Games but she certainly made her presence felt when she outpaced the race favourite Mary Keitany to win marathon gold.
As we move into 2013 Gelana has gained further recognition, winning the female AIMS/ASICS World Athlete of the Year for 2012.
