JPMorgan Chase & Co. Corporate Challenge Series Selects Virtual Race Bags as Marketing Partner
NEW YORK – The JP Morgan Chase & Co. Corporate Challenge Series, the world's most popular sporting event for the full-time business community, has selected the Virtual Race BagsTM online platform to provide event participants special offers and messages from sponsors, national brands and from companies participating in the U.S. races. 2012 marks the 36th year of the Series, which began on Thursday, March 8 in Johannesburg, South Africa. The first event of the 2012 Series in the U.S. is on Thursday, May 24 in Chicago.
"The Virtual Race BagsTM platform will be a terrific value-add for all U.S. participants in the Corporate Challenge Series," said Marc Bessinger. "It provides the potential to give our participants quality items from respected suppliers, and it also fits perfectly within our Teaming Up For A Greener Tomorrow environmental theme."
"We are thrilled to be working with the JPMorgan Chase & Co. Corporate Challenge Series to provide a turn-key marketing platform that delivers value to participants, sponsors and national brands," said Gary Schwake, President & Co-Founder of Virtual Race BagsTM. "This is one of the premier race series in the world and we look forward to helping advance their digital and environmental initiatives."
The mission of the JPMorgan Chase & Co. Corporate Challenge is a proprietary event that brings together all industry groups and job functions in a morale-building setting. Unlike other road races, there are no individual entries with companies submitting corporate teams, ranging in size from a minimum of four to over 1,000.
Virtual Race Bags provides a fully-integrated online platform for Event Directors to efficiently and cost-effectively deliver sponsor messages to event participants. Much more than a simple "digital goody bag," Virtual Race Bags delivers sponsor deals, offers and messages to event participants using an online platform that is customized for each event. Virtual Race Bags was founded in 2010 by a team seeking to leverage their experience as Event Directors, Sponsors and Athletes to help significantly improve the experience with the iconic race bag.
