Inaugural Blue Moon Harbor Lights Half Off to a Strong Start – RUNNING USA

VIRGINIA BEACH – J&A Racing, a nationally recognized race management company based in Virginia Beach, Virginia is pleased to announce that the inaugural Blue Moon Harbor Lights Half Marathon, 5K and Final Mile presented by Bon Secours in Motion reached nearly 2,500 registrations during opening week.

Registration for the new event opened during the launch party that took place on Friday, July 11, 2015.  The event will debut on Saturday and Sunday, November 22 and 23, to help kickoff Norfolk’s six weeks of Holidays in the City.

This race features flat, fast courses, which run through historic downtown Norfolk, into beautiful old neighborhoods, and along the majestic Hampton Roads Harbor.

Registered participants will celebrate their finish at a Post-Race Party in Town Point Park immediately after the race.
