The next step of the revision process of the International Charter of Physical Education and Sport is coming up.
Hosted by the International Olympic Committee, UNESCO will present the current draft of a revised charter to the members of the Intergovernmental Committee for Physical Education and Sport from 28 until 30 January in Lausanne, Switzerland.
The revision of the charter is one of the outcomes of MINEPS V and will reflect developments in all areas of sport with regard to participation, socio-economic benefits and integrity issues.
ICSSPE has co-moderated the revision process and will be represented at the meeting by Executive Director Detlef Dumon.
