Delray Beach, Florida, USA, 03/19/2013 – IT’S MY PLAY – Global Sports Network and the Belgrade Marathon signed a partnership agreement today in Delrey Beach, Florida, the headquarters of the multinational company Max My Play, Inc. that owns It's My Play.
IT’S MY PLAY – Global Sports Network is a leading global interactive platform designed for
communication, promotion and media activities of athletic institutions, organizations, athletes,
sports employees, sports professionals, media, fans and all segments of society involved in sports.
It is available worldwide at www.itsmyplay.com and it covers more than 100 sports and has members coming from over 100 countries around the world.
“We've recognized unique and innovative contributions that the Belgrade Marathon has given to the marathon movement in the world and athletics in general. IT’S MY PLAY and the Belgrade Marathon will work side by side to help other marathons in the world increase the level of communication with the racers, fans, media, sports organizations and
associates through the Global Sports Network.

Belgrade Marathon Managing Board Chairman and famous basketball player Aleksandar Sasa Djordjevic said the following: “We are very glad that IT’S MY PLAY has recognized our innovative work and that we've become partners with them, considering that it's been almost 20 years now since the Belgrade Marathon (Belgrade Marathon) helped the marathon movement become globally available and that, at the time, AIMS (Association of International Marathons and Distance Races), which the Belgrade Marathon joined in 1990, was one of the first sports organizations in the world that had its own website, even before many bigger and more important similar organizations.
We believe that this is caused by the fact that other events organized by the Belgrade Marathon, Ltd besides the Belgrade Marathon, such as the marathons for women and children and the Belgrade Race Through History, have been identified as important, innovative, spectacular and unique by the umbrella organizations such as IAAF (International Association of Athletics Federations), AIMS and EAA (European Athletics)“ Sasa Djordjevic won three gold and one bronze medal with the Yugoslavian national basketball team at the European Champion-ships, one silver medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics, and a gold medal at the 1998 World Cup.
He was named the European Player of the Year twice and the Eurobasket MVP in 1997.
It is announced that in the weeks before the April 21st, when the 26th Belgrade Marathon will be held, the public will be familiar with sports, social, media and charity activities organized in the partnership between IT’S MY PLAY – Global Sports Network and Belgrade Marathon.
