Join bubbly Radio Personality and Comrades Marathon finisher, Miss Phindi Gule; Official Comrades Marathon Coach, Lindsey Parry and other professionals in the field of sports as the Comrades Marathon Association (CMA) promotes the participation of women in ‘The Ultimate Human Race’.
The CMA has teamed up with Vital Health Foods, the market leader in the South African health foods industry, to present the Vital-Comrades Marathon Women’s Seminar in Durban this week.
The seminar is aimed at empowering our women with the psychological and technical information they need to conquer the 89km Comrades Marathon challenge.
