COMRADES MARATHON – Comrades will miss Vuyo Mbuli

The Comrades Marathon Association has reacted with shock and sadness at the passing away of popular Radio & TV personality; and Comrades Marathon runner, Vuyo Mbuli.

Vuyo was an ardent and vocal Comrades fan, having completed The Ultimate Human Race twice; both in 2010 and 2011, for which he received Vic Clapham medals as well as the coveted Comrades Back to Back medal.

Vuyo would’ve completed his third Comrades, come 2 June 2013, something he was greatly anticipating and training towards. Vuyo’s heartiness and cheer will be greatly missed at the 2013 Comrades Marathon.

Our condolences go out to his family, friends, fans and all who knew him. We will always remember him.
