Call for Nominations: ICSSPE Executive Board and Development Committee

Invitation for Nominations

During the General Assembly, elections for nine positions on the Executive Board and nine positions on the Development Committee will be conducted. These will include those of President, Vice Presidents and Treasurer. We cordially invite all ICSSPE members in good standing to submit nominations for these positions, thereby contributing to the future of our esteemed organization.

Serving on the Executive Board or Development Committee offers a unique opportunity to actively engage in delivering ICSSPE’s mission, shaping global practices and policies related to sport and physical education based on scientific evidence, while collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals. We recommend a review of ICSSPE’s Statues and Bylaws to acquire a better understanding of the roles and responsibilities of these two governing bodies. Please note that candidates up for election will need to be present in-person at the General Assembly.

Nomination Submission Process

Members wishing to nominate candidates for the Executive Board or Development Committee should submit the following documents:

• A completed nomination template form.
• A letter of support from the nominating ICSSPE member organization.
• A short introduction video (maximum 2 minutes) in which the nominee introduces themselves and outlines their suitability for the position and future vision for ICSSPE.

We strongly encourage all members in good standing to consider candidacy and take an active role in shaping ICSSPE’s future.
