Athletics New Zealand – News – NZL Team for World Mountain Running Championships Named
Athletics New Zealand has named ten athletes in the team for the 2014 World Mountain Running Championships. The championships will be held in Casette di Massa, Italy on 14 September.
The men's team will be led by 2014 national champion Jono Jackson, competing at his first world championship event and 2009 champion Glenn Hughes, now based in the UK.
New Zealand marathon and half marathon champion, 51 year old Sally Gibbs from Katikati will lead the women's contingent.
