AIMS races – this weekend – Coming up . . . the 66th Fukuoka Open Marathon Championship – the Toray Cup Shanghai Marathon – the Macau Galaxy Entertainment Marathon, the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon and the Angkor-Wat Half Marathon.

The Ayla Read Sea Int'l Half Marathon is held on 30 November. The Reggae Marathon takes place in Negril, Jamaica, on 1 December

A crowded programme in Asia on 2 December starts with the 66th Fukuoka International Open Marathon Championship in Japan, followed by the Toray Cup Shanghai Int'l Marathon, the Macau Galaxy Entertainment Int'l Marathon, the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon and the Angkor-Wat Int'l Half Marathon.

In India the Pune International Marathon is run to the south of Mumbai and the Navi Mumbai Barefoot Marathon takes place in the city's Khargar Central Park.

With no AIMS races scheduled in Europe action moves to the Caribbean, with the St. Croix International Marathon in the Virgin Islands and the Intertrust Cayman Islands Marathon.

On the mainland the 36th Panama Canal Int'l Marathon is run, along with the Costa Rica Int'l Marathon and Half in neighbouring Costa Rica.

The Puebla Marathon and the Gran Maraton Pacifico are held in Mexico and the Zappo's.com Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas Marathon across the border in Nevada, USA.
