34. ABN AMRO Marathon Rotterdam on Sunday April 13th 2014

The ABN AMRO Marathon Rotterdam has been the biggest one-day sporting event in the Netherlands for 14 years in a row. The world's top athletes will be at the start on the bustling Coolsingel, alongside thousands of other runners who will also triumph, each in their own unique way.

The marathon weekend is a wonderful blend of (top) sport and festival. No other marathon in the Netherlands can match the atmosphere in Rotterdam; 925,000 spectators along the course make the party complete. Sunday April 13th of 2014 the 34th edition of the ABN AMRO Marathon Rotterdam will take place.

 

During the ABN AMRO Marathon Rotterdam 2014 it will be possible to participate in the following sections:

 

• ABN AMRO Marathon Rotterdam 
• 10K Run Rotterdam 
• AD Mini Marathon Rotterdam (4,2K) (new in 2014!)
• ABN AMRO Kids Runs (1K and 2,5K)

Pasta party

 

The Pasta party will take place on Saturday 12th April as a part of the Marathon Sport Expo. The location of the party will be the Beurs-World Trade Center, the advantage of this location is that the race secretariat, the Marathon Sport Expo and the Pasta party can all be found in one central place.

Participants of the Pasta party will get, besides a magnificent Pasta Buffet, access to the Town Hall Room on the 23rd floor of the World Trade Centre Rotterdam. Supporters are welcome too!

Here you can enjoy the beautiful view over the city and a great deal of the marathon course.

Price per person € 18,- tickets by filling in the entry form and subscribe there for the Pasta Party. If you already have subscribed but would like to order tickets you can do so by getting your tickets on Friday or Saturday at the Marathon Sport Expo.

Saturday April 12 during the Kids Runs it will be a sunny and dry day in Rotterdam. The temperature will rise to 14/15°C in the afternoon and there will be a gentle southwestern breeze, 3 bft.

Sunday April 13, during the 34th Marathon Rotterdam it will also be sunny and dry. During the start at 10.30 pm the temperature will be 11°C. In the afternoon the temperature will rise to 13°C. 

Their will be a southwestern wind, moderate beeze 4bft.
