By GRR 0

The 30,000 runners taking part in the Paris International Half-Marathon will set off on Sunday at 10 AM from the magnificent esplanade at the Château de Vincennes for a 20th edition that promises to be outstanding. The events will commence on Friday 2nd March at the Parc Floral de Paris (Paris flower gardens) with the opening of the race village and will continue on the starting line on Sunday morning, all along the 21.1-km route up to the finishing line.

The Paris International Half-Marathon race village opens its doors on Friday 2nd March at 10 AM at the Paris flower gardens (in the Hall de la Pinède). Over a two-day period, the participants in this anniversary edition will be coming through the doors to collect their number bibs, meet the race’s partners, support the charities involved in the event, discover players in the world of running (specialist press, equipment manufacturers, etc.) and share their enthusiasm for running.

As soon as the starter’s pistol fires, they will set off on a 21.1-km race and will enjoy more than 30 events spread along the route.

Brass bands, pop bands, percussion groups or clowns will be dotted along the streets of Paris to encourage the runners. Finally, at the finishing line, the CheerBlue All Stars cheerleaders will congratulate the finishers of this 20th edition for a beautiful and rhythmic conclusion to the race!
