On Friday, 3th of June , the First Day of the Festival, competitors will have great fun thanks to the concert of GOLEC UORCHESTRA. The concert will take place on the Promenade in Krynica Zdroj at 20.00.
The band Golec Orchestra is exceptional in the Polish music scene. It was established in 1999, and its leaders are Lukasz and Paweł Golec – „ Beskid Highlanders of the XXI century ", as they were described by Janusz Stoklosa – outstanding pianist, composer and unquestionable authority in the field of music.
The band captivated the audience with its top chart record titled „Golec uOrkiestra 1" (1999), which in original way combined elements of highland folk with characteristic features of pop, rock'n'roll and jazz.
Its driving force were pronounced, full of distanced humour songs, such as Binoculars, UFO, or full of energy Crazy is my live, which warms the hearts of fans at every concert of the band.
