I still haven’t received a refund for Crystal Palace. When will I get this?

If you have not yet received a refund for your Crystal Palace tickets, then please contact Ticketmaster directly at www.ticketmaster.co.uk

What if I am on holiday or unavailable during the on-sale window?

Due to the exceptionally high demand for tickets, we can only guarantee priority for a set amount of time and on a particular date. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend you take advantage of the priority window offered to you.

I bought finish line seats, will I get these again?

Finish line tickets in the Stadium are available for purchase as Diamond tickets.

If you purchased a Diamond ticket for the Crystal Palace event then you will have the opportunity to purchase a Diamond ticket at the same price for the London Anniversary Games.

I bought tickets for a particular position at CP but I now want to move to a different position. Is that possible?

Yes, that’s possible. Crystal Palace ticket purchasers can select their tickets and get the relative discount (if any), they had for CP. This does not include the new prices (Platinum and Gold), as these were not available for CP.

I made a group booking or bought a multiday ticket or a special access seat for Crystal Palace. What should I do?

Anyone who made a group booking, purchased a multiday ticket or bought special access for the Crystal Palace will be contacted by Ticketmaster in due course.

Can I book over the phone?

Yes, please call the dedicated Ticketmaster hotline on 0800 055 6056. To purchase within a priority window you will need to have your password to hand.

Can I buy better seats for the London Anniversary Games than I had at Crystal Palace?

Crystal Palace ticket purchasers can select their tickets and get the relative discount (if any), they had for CP. This does not include the new prices (Platinum and Gold), as these were not available for CP.

Will UKA cover the costs of additional accommodation/accommodation changes?

Under our ticket terms and conditions, UK Athletics or Ticketmaster are not liable for any accommodation or transport costs.

I can no longer attend. Can my friend purchase on my behalf?

Tickets for Crystal Palace purchasers can only be bought by the registered name.

I booked a wheelchair access/ambulant seat, how can I do the same again?

Ticketmaster will contact those who bought wheelchair access / ambulant seats directly.

What else will be open in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park?

Ticket purchasers will only have access to The Stadium for the duration of the London Anniversary Games. There will be no access to any of the other venues or attractions within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

What is the event schedule, so I know when to buy tickets?

The event schedule will be announced shortly, prior to tickets going on sale. Keep an eye on the British Athletics website and social media for further information.

Are there concessions available and to whom?

Concessions are available in Tier 2 and Tier 3 and they are offered to children between 2 and 16 years old, senior citizens over 60 years old and students with a valid NUS card.

If you are already part of our events and ticketing database and receive information from us by email, please ensure you inform us of any changes to your contact details so you can be kept informed of the dates when tickets will be released. If you do not currently receive information from British Athletics, then please register here to receive further information and updates.

If you have any queries, please email majorevents@britishathletics.org.uk.

Don’t forget to keep an eye on www.britishathletics.org.uk and our Twitter feed www.twitter.com/britathletics for news about the new on-sale date.
