Athletics Canada – London Calling: 19 Canadians at London Diamond League
The eleventh of fourteen 2013 International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) Diamond League competitions goes Friday July 26 and Saturday July 27 in London, England with 9 Canadians in individual events and two relay teams set to take the international stage.
London will be the final Diamond League stop before the series goes on hiatus for the August 10 to 18 IAAF World Championships in Moscow, Russia.
In total Diamond League London counts 29 Olympic medalists, including 12 Olympic champions and four World Record holders. Headlining this impressive list is none other than Jamaica's Usain Bolt.
