Elsewhere the Bila Tserkva Marathon is run in Ukraine, the Bucharest International Marathon and Half in Romania, the Silesia Marathon in Poland, the Sparkasse Three-Country Marathon from Germany to Austria (via Switzerland),

The Brussels Marathon in Belgium, the Bournemouth Marathon Festival and the Lloyds Bank Cardiff Half Marathon in Great Britain and the EDP Rock 'n' Roll Lisbon Marathon and Half Marathon Vodafone RTP in Portugal.

In South America the Guayaquil Marathon is held in Ecuador and the Gatorade Caracas Rock 10km in Venezuela. Further north the Queretaro Marathon is run in Mexico and the Portland Marathon in the USA.
