Athletics Australia – News – RON CLARKE MEMORIAL

A public memorial service for Ron Clarke AO MBE will be held tomorrow.

To me emceed by renowned sports commentator Bruce McAvaney, the order of service includes speeches by Daryl Jackson and Steve Moneghetti, a reading from Natasha Clarke and a personal tribute by M. Clarke's son, Marcus Clarke.

The service will be held at the Melbourne Cricket Club, with official proceedings to be followed by an opportunity to extend sympathies to the family in the Long Room.
