Sebastian Coe asks for athletes with evidence of extortion to come forward

By GRR 0

In a BBC Radio interview on Sunday (17), IAAF President Sebastian Coe reiterated his call for athletes with evidence about extortion in the sport to come forward.

Speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live’s ‘Sportsweek’ programme, Sebastian Coe made the following plea: “If there are athletes out there at this moment listening to this programme… if they think they have been subject to extortion, come forward. Come forward to the (IAAF) Ethics Board, come forward to me, go and speak to WADA. We need to understand how far and how wide this goes.”
