Sport in Latin America – New Publication Co-edited by Rosa Lopez de D’Amico

Ever since FIFA and IOC have decided to hold their flagship events in Brazil, there has been a growing interest in the structure and management of Latin American Sport.

This publication has been edited by ICSSPE Board member Rosa Lopez de D’Amico, Gonzalo Bravo and Charles Parrish. It introduces the reader to the role of public institutions, the importance of governing bodies and national leagues and contributes to overcoming language barriers by presenting many Spanish and Portuguese sources for the first time in English.
