A Happy New Year to everyone although I have a feeling it's slipping past faster than ever. One minute it's Christmas, the next we're off to Rome, Paris, London Marathons and, before we know it, New York is here again.

Travelshoot & NY – Just Brilliant!
Our friends at Travelshoot have posted a blog about our New York experience. Put simply it was BRILLIANT. Not just my opinion but that of the runners that joined us for a memorable photographic shoot in New York.
Makes sense doesn't it? You've just run the biggest marathon in the world; you have this sensational medal; what do you want to do? You want to capture the moment forever! And we did.

Midnight Sun – Sooooo Popular
The Midnight Sun Marathon is obviously catching the imagination of marathon runners as we've had a lot of interest in the event. I can see why when you look at the absolutely stunning scenery, great organisation and opportunity to run at night, during the daylight. What?

Queenstown Marathon – Be Quick
The Queenstown Marathon has established itself as one of the best and most picturesque marations around. Given that is the case, it's now surprise the place sells out well in advance. So if you're keen to go to Queenstown, book early to avoid dissappointment and by early, I mean NOW!
Accommodation is plentiful in Queenstown but it gets really tight well in advance of the event. As do the flights. Which means the prices go up. Cape Town – Tick it Off
The Cape Town Marathon showcases the natural beauty of Cape Town and the course is very handy if you are looking to run a fast time.
One of the things I love about Cape Town is their option for trail running as well as the traditional road events. Brilliant! As well as the Marathon and fun runs, you can also choose from either the 22km or 12km Trail Run on Saturday.
