In 2007, at the age of 36, Bryn Williams was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. He began researching the condition and found that most websites left him feeling downright depressed but rather than accepting defeat and living with the illness he is fighting back.
We interviewed him for our "Running away from illness" feature and he told us how he has improved his physical fitness in the areas that the disease normally affects.
He has formed the WobblyWilliams team to raise awareness of the condition and funds for research into the causes, treatment and cure of Parkinson's Disease.
At present he is looking 50 male and 50 female runners to take part in his 50-50 challenge in Glasgow.
