Andy McMenemy has entered the Guiness Book of Records after completing 66 ultra marathons in 66 days across the UK. As well as this record attempt Andy, who is the son of a former soldier, has raised almost £70,000 for and awareness of ABF, the Soldiers' Charity.
Starting in Leeds on 15 March 15 he went on to cover over 2,000 miles before he crossed the final finish line in York on Saturday.
The challenge took him to all corners of the UK and lots of places in between.
Each day consisted of a 50k run and travel to the next place. He had no no rest days.
