Moab Half-Marathon Launches New Trail Marathon, Half-Marathon – First edition to be held Saturday, November 5, 2011 in Kane Creek Canyon

MOAB, Utah – The producers of the Moab Half-Marathon and The Other Half have announced an offroad race just added to their events series.

The first Moab Trail Marathon and half-marathon will be held Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, in the Kane Creek Canyon area outside of beautiful Moab, Utah.

Registration is limited to the first 200 signed up, per event.

Registration info follows:

Marathon:
$55 early registration
$65 Aug. 5th-Sept. 24
$75 Sept. 25 till race day

Half-Marathon:
$45 early registration
$55 Aug. 5th-Sept. 24
$65 Sept. 25th till race day

5K:
$25 early registration
$30 Aug. 5th-Sept. 24
$35 Sept. 25th till race day

Registration includes an incredible course (fully marked), event t-shirt, aid stations on course with water and snacks, post event snacks, gift card for a meal at Milt's Stop & Eat, a 'goodie' bag, raffle ticket for great prizes, and awards for top finishers.

Registration includes a donation to Project Athena (a non-profit organization providing opportunities for females to overcome obstacles in their lives and "get out there"!) and a donation to Friends 4-Wheelin' (a local non-profit organization promoting smart, considerate, and environmentally friendly use of trails)
