Lignano – European Masters Games (EMG) – Final check by Imga before the Games, expectation grows
Lignano – The delegation of the International Masters Games Association (IMGA), headed by general director Jens Holm, arrived in Lignano for a last check before the European Masters Games (EMG), (21 sports) to be held in Lignano from 10 to 20 September. Welcomed by the Executive Committee of Lignano 2011, the IMGA inspection committee will stay in Friuli Venezia Giulia for a few days and will monitor the progress of the local organization which last week announced over 2000 entrants for the Games. Tomorrow, a delegation from Nice will come to Lignano, it is the French city that will host the EMGs in 2015, two years after Turin’s World Master Games taking place in 2013.
