Peace and Sport, the University for Peace (UPEACE), Costa Rica, and the International University of Monaco (IUM) are planning to launch a Master in Sustainable Peace through Sport in September 2011.

This multi-disciplinary 10-month programme aims at training committed young people to use sport for purposes of maintaining peace, re-building peace after conflict, and engaging youth in positive ways in developing or underprivileged areas.

The Master will be taught in English and be offered at IUM, Monaco.
