We have 10 popular topics at 10 different stretches, for example America, Africa, Holland,
miles of flowerbeds and wine yards will keep you inspired.

From start to finish over 240 artists and acts including highlights from the last nine years of the Volksbank-Muenster-Marathon, bands, drummers, walkers on stilts and lots more.
With only a registration fee from 40 Euros ( 15.05.11) you receive a great package.

The organization of the Volksbank-Muenster-Marathon is one of the best in Germany, with everything from medical cyclist to emergency doctor even diabetics are constantly under medical control, excellent ration and water stations and our warm showers are not to be forgotten.

Participation
Participants entitled must be born before 1993 and received their official Volksbank-Muenster-Marathon start number.

The start number is not transferable, should not be unchanged and must be visible on front of the runners shirt.

The Volksbank-Muenster-Marathon operates under the rules and regulations of the IAAF and the DLV

Ratings:
Runners
Classification according to age in accordance with DLO (German track and field regulations):
M/F Youth, main class (HK), M/F 30, 35, 40, 45 etc.

Teams are classified by adding the finishing times in running order of the three runners forming a team from any one association. Please ensure that the name of the association is written consistently

Special Rating
Euregio-champioship marathon or half marathon in Enschede and marathon in Muenster Nordenia students -cup

Students anticipating receive a 10 Euro reduction (please show your student identity card)

Champion chip
Timings for all will be recorded using the champion chip system.

Health
By entering the Event, you are declaring that you are medically fit to run and participate in the Event.

At 1:15pm on the stage at the finish line. Presentation ceremony for all other age groups 3:30pm at the paulinum high school.

Late Entry Participation
You may have still a chance to start untill the 10th of September but you must pick up your start number at 4pm.You must also observe the rights of the race director that he has the right to close the marathon with the appropriate reason.
